Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within North America.
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your parcel.
For destinations outside of Canada, duties are not included and may be charged upon receipt. Please check your shipping destinations regulations for further information.
Returns
Any purchased item is eligible for a refund within 7 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be in unused condition and returned in their original packaging.
Please note that sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs and tracking. We are not liable for lost or stolen returns. Unauthorized returns will be sent back or held at your expense.
